1. Description of Service

FluxGrok is a Chrome browser extension that automates batch generation of images and videos on grok.com (operated by xAI). FluxGrok acts as an automation layer on top of Grok's publicly accessible web interface.

2. Third-Party Dependency & Service Availability

FluxGrok depends entirely on the interface and behavior of grok.com, which is operated by a third party (xAI) beyond our control. You acknowledge and agree that:

• FluxGrok may stop working at any time without notice if xAI changes, updates, or restricts its platform, interface, or terms of use.
• Changes to Grok's UI layout, generation flow, or API may cause FluxGrok to malfunction or cease functioning entirely.
• Generation times for images and videos on Grok vary based on server load, model updates, and other factors outside our control. These variations may affect the extension's performance.
• We will make reasonable efforts to update FluxGrok when Grok makes changes, but we do not guarantee timely updates or continued compatibility.
• No refunds will be issued solely because Grok changes its platform in a way that temporarily or permanently affects FluxGrok's functionality.

3. User Requirements & Correct Configuration

To use FluxGrok correctly, you are responsible for:

• Having a valid Grok account with access to the image/video generation features at grok.com/imagine.
• Configuring Grok's settings before running the extension, including: video format, duration, aspect ratio, quality, and image model (Aurora for images). FluxGrok does not change these settings — it uses whatever is currently configured in Grok.
• Ensuring your Grok account has sufficient generation credits or access for the number of prompts you submit.
• Complying with Grok's Terms of Service and usage policies.

FluxGrok is not responsible for incorrect or unexpected outputs resulting from misconfigured Grok settings.

4. License & Acceptable Use

Upon payment, FluxGrok grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the extension on your device. You may not:

• Share, resell, or distribute your license key to others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension.
• Use the extension for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's terms of service.
• Use automated means to bypass or circumvent Grok's security measures beyond what the extension is designed to do.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Pro plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your payment method.
• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the extension was completely non-functional at the time of purchase and we were unable to resolve the issue. Refund requests must be sent to support@fluxgrok.com.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Changes made by xAI/Grok that affect functionality
• User misconfiguration of Grok settings
• Variation in generation speed or quality
• Partial use of a subscription period

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FluxGrok is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Compatibility with future versions of Grok or Chrome
• Accuracy or quality of generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FluxGrok and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, or damage resulting from use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue FluxGrok at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
